Launched in 2017 as part of our equal opportunities practices, “ALLforALL” supports the active participation of women in all spheres of life with projects that aim for a sustainable future of equal opportunities. With Daycare Assistance extended to all Group all locations and offices, and Paternity Leave allowing fathers to stay with their newborns for three weeks after birth and one day a week in the subsequent period, we aim to give the parents the opportunity share parenting responsibilities equally. WORK MODELS

Work models

We transformed the flexible work model which has been in effect since 2013 and the remote work model implemented since 2016 into a dynamic work force. Thirty-five percent of our Group’s white-collar employees can work in a location outside the office for up to two days a week. Twenty-five percent work remotely full time depending on their job requirements and are provided with ergonomic and technological support so that they can still enjoy some office comforts. Thanks to our new work models, Eczacıbaşı employees can be time and location independent while pursuing their careers. Now you can also become an Eczacıbaşı employee from the comfort of your home and wherever you are in the world.
