ECZACIBAŞI YOUTH TICKET

The Eczacıbaşı Group will continue to provide students highly discounted access to all İKSV events in 2024, so more young people can engage with the arts.

Since its establishment, the Eczacıbaşı Group has been a leading supporter of the arts on its belief that they’re an essential human need. For the same reason, the Group also strives to make culture and art more accessible to every segment of the public, which is why it launched the Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket project in 2022 with the slogan "Young people matter for Eczacıbaşı." In 2022 and 2023, the Eczacıbaşı Group supported young people's participation in cultural life by offering student category tickets to all İKSV events for TL 10. In 2024, the Eczacıbaşı Group will continue to expand young people’s access to İKSV events by allocating even more seating to Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets, offered this year at TL 20 for every İKSV event, whether it be music, cinema, theater or more.

In 2022, 95% of the Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets for İKSV festival events were sold within the first four hours of their release. Including last-minute box office sales, more than 40,000 Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets were released and purchased for over 600 different events, so as to support young people’s engagement with art. In 2023, over 43,500 Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets were purchased for a total of 720 İKSV events.

At a time when economic conditions are increasingly distancing young people from the arts, Eczacıbaşı’s communication campaign for the Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket based on the concept of “listening to young people” has received significant attention, especially from young people. In 2022, the communication campaign won two gold Felis awards, one in the social responsibility category and one in the creative strategy category.
